CORD (Coalition of Responsible Disabled) is a grassroots, consumer-driven agency delivering Independent Living services throughout Eastern Washington. CORD strives to enhance independent living opportunities and self-determination through advocacy, promoting civil rights, and empowerment.

To improve the self-determination and self-reliance of people with disabilities through systems and individual advocacy, education and independent living services.
