Pay it Forward
The Pay it Back to Pay it Forward (PIF) is a fund that was created several years ago to provide minimal assistance to CORD participants/members with personal needs that exceed their resources.
The program is very limited and relies on donations from CORD event proceeds. The funds that are repaid by past recipients. The Pay it Forward program can only help with up to $50 and can only be used when there are no other resources available participants can only use this program one time per year.
Guidelines for the Pay it Forward Program:
- Must be disabled
- Must be low income
- Have valid ID and Social Security Card
- Have income verification
- Proof of need (bill, statement, etc.)
- List of other ourside resources you have contacted.
We encourage participants to sign a re-payment agreement to coincide with our Independent Living philosophy and make this program available for others to utilize.
