Community Voice Mail (CVM ) is a free service offered to individuals who are do not have a phone, have low or no income and are in need of phone service. Individuals are given a personal 7-digit phone number to use to retrieve private and important messages, which can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. CVM is meant to be a primary source of phone service, not voice messaging for people who already have a phone. There is no need to connect a phone. CVM is computer operated so individuals can retrieve messages from any phone by simply dialing their number and entering in a secure code number that you create.
